 Birthday Tea, Lawsuits, and London

Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18, Episode 13, titled "You Are Cordially Not Invited":

The episode picks up with Tamra leaving Katie’s dinner party in frustration, after accusing Ryan of being involved in shady business. Katie informs the group about Tamra’s departure and apologizes for the night’s drama, while Jenn expresses concern about what was said.

Meanwhile, Heather and Shannon meet at a furniture store and discuss Shannon's upcoming 60th birthday and recent drama, including a public lawsuit involving Shannon’s ex, John. Heather is upset that Emily has been discussing her feelings with others instead of directly with her.

Emily and Gina also discuss the fallout from the dinner party and how Gina feels caught in the middle. Later, Emily visits a recently exonerated man and reflects on her desire to help those re-entering society after wrongful imprisonment.

The group gathers for Shannon’s birthday tea party, where Heather and Emily finally clear the air about their issues. Emily expresses how Heather's comments about her body affected her, and Heather explains her intent. They reach an understanding.

Tamra surprisingly shows up at the tea party and briefly apologizes to Jenn, promising to have a deeper conversation later. Shannon then surprises everyone by revealing they’re all invited to a trip to London, while receiving a shocking floral delivery from Alexis Bellino, which leads to more tension. Tamra and the others discuss old memories with Shannon, sharing lighter moments. However, Katie and Jenn later go to Alexis's and tell her that she’s not welcome on the trip, causing Alexis to break down.

We Wine Whenever (00:00.886)
Hi, welcome to We Wine Whenever. I'm Wendy. We are talking about Real Housewives of Orange County, Season 18, Episode 13. What?

Kelli (00:03.167)
I'm Kelly.

Kelli (00:09.13)
so sorry. Real quick, did you hear that Real Housewives of Miami there's a rumor that Anthony, Dr. Nicole's partner, his ex might be joining and that might be why she's leaving the show?

We Wine Whenever (00:23.18)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (00:27.192)
I heard that, maybe I heard, I heard that honestly with Margaret and Tamara today on that podcast. That's where it came up. So Tamara brought it up. his, Anthony, her husband, his ex-girlfriend, no, well they had the engagement party, right? Maybe they never, they never did get married. You're right. So yeah, his ex is going to be on.

Kelli (00:45.196)
think they're married.

Kelli (00:49.696)
Yeah, now, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (00:57.547)
but like.

Kelli (00:58.124)
There's Bravo doing their employees dirty again.

We Wine Whenever (01:01.453)
But Margaret thought that that's not why she's gonna take a season. Like that's not why she bowed out. I mean, she did say she had postpartum and she's got two small children. She's got her own thriving career. Like she doesn't need this. And why put yourself through it? Right, no, she doesn't need it. She doesn't need it. No, but I did hear that today actually.

Kelli (01:11.434)
Yes, she did, which is a thing, yeah.

Kelli (01:18.998)
They have a jet for crying out loud, she doesn't need it. Yeah, excuse me.

Kelli (01:27.554)
thought that was interesting. Sorry.

We Wine Whenever (01:28.798)
It was interesting. That's okay. So season 18, episode 13, you are cordially not invited. Great time. They really are. And it picks up where we left off at the party where Tamar's walking out and she stumbles and she trips because she's drunk. And then Katie goes out to the car after her. Meanwhile, Eddie's still sitting inside wrapped in the blanket. Yep.

Kelli (01:35.444)
Amazing title. They are killing it with the titles lately.

Kelli (01:51.628)
Wrapped up in the blanket like Edie from Grey Gardens.

We Wine Whenever (01:54.58)
Yep. And she asks her why she's leaving and Tamar is telling her that, you know, Ryan's a piece of shit and that there's an account on Instagram that, you know, breaks it down about the FBI and what's going on. And so Katie goes back in and gets Eddie and is like, listen, Tamar wants to leave. So, you know, we see that Jen, while she was outside, Jen and Eddie kind of talked. It looks like because we didn't really see the conversation, but they kind of hugged each other. And I

I felt like Eddie was getting the love inside from everybody else at the party.

Kelli (02:26.262)
Yeah.

Well Ryan even hugged Eddie when he was leaving.

We Wine Whenever (02:30.419)
Yeah, yes he did. Yes he did. So.

Katie comes back in and she says, she's so upset. Jen said, well, what did she say? She said, well, she said to ask Ryan about the FBI. Ryan starts saying, my friend Matt was doing something. Then Emily being the attorney that she is, she started questioning him. Listen.

Kelli (02:59.594)
I love when she lawyers out.

We Wine Whenever (03:06.41)
He was dancing around stuff all night. He doesn't really give straight answers. We're going to have to wait and see how this plays out. I do think, like we discussed earlier, he's got immunity. We know that based on the Bravo docket. So he should be fine. He should absolutely be fine. And by the way, I also looked up because he said that his friend Matt is a bookie. And then someone, I don't know who said at the table, isn't that illegal? And he said, not in Vegas. And he's right.

Kelli (03:19.01)
All right. Yep.

Absolutely.

Kelli (03:34.144)
Not in Vegas. Right. So so technically, I don't know how it works. Like to me, it would it would be like the gambler pays his friend and then his friend pays Eddie. Right. Or is it the other way around? Does the does the gambler pay Eddie and Eddie pays the boss? Ryan. Right.

We Wine Whenever (03:35.217)
It's not illegal in Vegas.

We Wine Whenever (03:54.289)
You mean Ryan? You mean Ryan and Matt? Like you're confusing me with Eddie. Eddie's not getting paid. So.

Kelli (04:00.3)
Sorry, no, Eddie is not getting paid, I'm sorry. So the gambler either pays Matt the boss or Eddie the middleman, the earner. He's the earner. Ryan, for crying out loud!

We Wine Whenever (04:09.831)
Ryan.

Kelli (04:15.338)
I am completely 100 % sober by the way people. Therein lies the problem. Therein lies the problem.

We Wine Whenever (04:18.153)
Well that there's the problem right there So I think that that's what happens I think that The the bookie is the middleman. I think that's what that is, but he's saying that Matt is the bookie not him and You know, it is what it is like we're gonna see what happens and really it's not really relevant to this It's just the fact that Tamara still keeps talking about

Kelli (04:29.644)
Yeah.

Kelli (04:34.146)
Right.

We Wine Whenever (04:48.143)
So then they all get ready to leave and Katie apologizes for how the night went. And they're like, listen, it's not your fault, it's Ryan's fault. And then they all start laughing because it was actually Tamara's fault and we all know that. And then we see Heather and Shannon, they meet up to go outdoor furniture shopping. And then Katie shows up a little bit later and we find out that Shannon's big 60th birthday is coming up.

Kelli (04:58.666)
Yeah. It was totally Tamara's fault. Yep.

Kelli (05:15.98)
She looks pretty dang good.

We Wine Whenever (05:17.645)
She really does look awesome for 60. Good for her, she looks great. And they're doing their furniture shopping and it was kind of like the same shade that happened the other day on New York. Where about the, did you bring her here for her taste? And she's like, no, not really, but she's honest. And then Katie's like, well, I think she likes my taste, but it turns out she didn't like anything Katie picked out and Katie.

Kelli (05:30.677)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (05:46.054)
felt the need to point out that there's a 20 year age difference. So of course they're gonna have different styles.

Kelli (05:50.966)
Yeah, for sure, for sure.

We Wine Whenever (05:53.329)
But again, that's exact same thing that happened in Roni. Right?

Kelli (05:55.932)
weird. yeah. that it's happening simultaneously on both shows.

We Wine Whenever (06:01.956)
Yeah, I think so too. So Shannon talks about the publicity stunt with the People Magazine, you know, announcing that John Jansen is suing her. And Katie then starts to talk about how she had the couples over for dinner. And she kind of breaks down the night a little bit. She said it got heated. And Shannon says, well, I invited Tamar to the birthday tea and she immediately texted back that she couldn't come.

And Katie said, well, that was right after this dinner and maybe she just wasn't ready. So I really honestly, did not expect to see her.

Kelli (06:34.891)
Yeah.

Kelli (06:41.562)
No, me neither, because you would think she would have her tail between her legs, but, you know, of course, Tam probably sobered up and, you know, justified her behavior to herself because that's what she does.

We Wine Whenever (06:53.229)
Right. No, that's exactly what she does.

Kelli (06:57.324)
But how about Shannon saying that John Jansen had a statement prepared for People magazine when he broke up with her?

We Wine Whenever (07:02.926)
Yes, it's crazy. It's absolutely crazy.

Kelli (07:06.966)
Nobody fucking knows you, John Jansen. Save your statement.

We Wine Whenever (07:10.37)
Yeah. And then Heather asks Katie about the whole Emily situation and she wants to know whose side she's on.

Kelli (07:17.959)
side are you on? What friend asks another friend that about another friend? They're all friends!

We Wine Whenever (07:24.674)
Yeah. Well, the thing is, it's not like she was friends with Katie because her and Katie had that whole situation. Right. So she's asking Katie and Katie, you know, gives the diplomatic answer. Well, I could see both sides, you know, which was smart on her part to, you know, to play that card. And, you know, simultaneously, like Heather, not Heather, Emily and Gina are talking because Emily goes over to

Kelli (07:31.586)
Damn straight.

Kelli (07:38.518)
Yeah.

Yes, very smart. Yep.

Kelli (07:51.267)
Mmm. Gina wasn't at the dinner.

We Wine Whenever (07:54.68)
Gina wasn't at the dinner. So Emily goes over to Gina's house and we see the new bunk beds and the ladders and the fireman's pole that she did. It is cute. It's really cute.

Kelli (08:03.394)
Yes, and Emily proposes a golden strip club, but I don't think anybody's interested. I'm not.

We Wine Whenever (08:10.147)
I don't think so either. No, no, no, no thank you.

Kelli (08:14.902)
Regular strip club? Yes. Golden? No.

We Wine Whenever (08:18.787)
So back at the furniture store, know, Heather says that she really wants to talk to Emily, but she really wasn't, didn't have the opportunity because Alexis kept like interjecting and making things worse. And then back over at Gina's house, Emily, Gina says to Emily, like, do you want it? And she's like, no, I don't really want to talk to Heather. Like, I just don't, you know, I don't want to talk to her because then she's going to be in control of the situation, like control of the conversation.

So we cut to Emily after that, you know, that ends that whole scene where they're kind of going back and forth about the same situation, but two different sides of it. Then we see Emily, she meets up with Anthony, who was an exoneree at the tailor shop. loved, I love this whole storyline. I really would like more of this, to be honest with you. So she's getting him like a completely tailored suit.

Kelli (09:02.962)
yeah.

Kelli (09:08.748)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (09:14.21)
and she wants to help newly exonerated people assimilate back into life easier. He was charged with attempted murder and mayhem when he was 15 years old.

Kelli (09:25.078)
This was a terrible story.

We Wine Whenever (09:27.325)
and he served 18 years in prison, which is crazy.

Kelli (09:33.354)
and he took the fall for his half brother because his half and his half brother let him because he figured he would get off because he didn't do it.

We Wine Whenever (09:41.726)
Right. Right.

Kelli (09:43.222)
How terrible.

We Wine Whenever (09:45.461)
Yep. mean that, listen, that just shows you, you know, listen, there are bad people out there who do, who do bad things. But like Emily said, like there's gotta be one, there's gotta be more safeguards for minors cause the kid was 15 years old. And two, there's gotta be, you know, more oversight between what's going on between the police and the prosecutors. Because when, when the police have an agenda,

Kelli (10:01.057)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (10:13.514)
the prosecutors back it up and they just go for, not always, but in these cases that we're looking at recently, they go for the person they think it is and they don't really bother looking for somebody else. So, and.

Kelli (10:27.658)
Exactly. Exactly. Especially if it's not a high profile, they're like, all right, let's just move on.

We Wine Whenever (10:35.613)
Yeah. Yeah. And I feel like she's right. And I'm glad that she's able to shine a light on it, just like Kim Kardashian is with her Innocence project that she's working on as well. And we saw just recently, she went to visit the Menendez brothers in jail. And then she put out a statement that, you know, she thinks that, what they did was more of a self-defense. You know, they were abused for a long time.

Kelli (10:45.354)
Yeah.

Kelli (10:51.383)
Yep.

Kelli (11:02.284)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (11:05.841)
and the judge would not allow that evidence in. It was never presented. It is ridiculous. It is ridiculous because back then it wasn't sexual, like those type of crimes were not looked on the way they are today. Like it was just kind of swept under the rug. But since that has happened, there's been a lot of stuff that's come out and the,

Kelli (11:10.21)
That's so ridiculous.

We Wine Whenever (11:33.586)
The interesting thing was, and we haven't watched them, we're gonna watch the Netflix one, but the interesting thing was the prosecutor, part of his closing argument said that if they had a, you know, if they had a reason for doing it, they would have presented it and they didn't, but they weren't allowed to present it. Like, they weren't allowed to present it, which is crazy.

Kelli (11:36.876)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (11:52.393)
Right. Right.

Crazy. Yeah, we have to watch that and do a pilot on it for sure.

We Wine Whenever (12:00.637)
We definitely do. And then we see Katie, she's out to dinner with her family and they go to a Korean restaurant. And Katie doesn't speak Korean, even though she was born in Korea and adopted because she wasn't, you know, raised with it. Yeah. But I love that her daughter, Kylie has learned the language and is helping, helping her mom pronounce it. And they're talking about how they're excited to go to Korea because Katie has decided that she wants to meet her birth mother.

Kelli (12:14.092)
Just a little, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Kelli (12:18.784)
Me too.

Kelli (12:28.17)
I wonder how her her adopted parents think about what they think about that. And I wonder if they're still alive to even give an opinion. You know, I she's only 40, so hopefully they are. You know, my cousin's adopted and. My aunt and uncle knew the mom. And she when she was a teenager, she went to my aunt and uncle and said, I'd like to meet my biological mom, and they were like, OK. They were very supportive.

We Wine Whenever (12:39.078)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (12:57.969)
Yeah.

Kelli (12:58.22)
But I don't know if, you like, I don't know, you're watching Jersey Shore, right? Like Snooki, I think, is gonna do that, but she doesn't know how her parents would feel, right? She hasn't told them yet. As of the episodes now, hopefully by now she has, but.

We Wine Whenever (13:02.722)
Okay.

We Wine Whenever (13:08.549)
She hasn't, right, as of what we've, right, right, as of what we've seen so far, she hadn't told him.

Kelli (13:14.882)
but she's a little nervous as to how they'll react.

We Wine Whenever (13:17.892)
Yes, and I understand that but Katie's parents adopted other children. She wasn't the only adopted child But she's the only one from Korea so I think my guess is they'll probably be okay with it because you know It's her it's her it's her right to know, you know

Kelli (13:23.959)
that's right, that's right. From Asia, yeah.

Kelli (13:32.822)
Yeah.

Kelli (13:39.306)
I agree, I agree. Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (13:41.371)
That's her right to know. And then Emily's getting ready to go to the tea party and we see that she bought that boudoir picture of Shannon. That was a great gift. She looks awesome. Yes, she does, she does. And she did it, know, because she wants her to remember, like, she's fabulous. I mean, she's 60 and fabulous. Good for her. Like, you're living your best life. You don't need your ex. I'm not going to mention him either.

Kelli (13:51.894)
Such a great gift, she looks beautiful!

Kelli (14:03.614)
Yeah, absolutely.

Kelli (14:08.234)
Right. Right. Bleh. Jerk off.

We Wine Whenever (14:10.107)
So Shannon gets to the tea room first and makes sure that everything is set up and she puts out the name cards and she says she has a big surprise to deliver but she wants everyone to get there and then she's gonna come out and deliver the surprise. So the ladies start arriving and they're sitting down and Heather shows up at the tea party and says to Emily, can we talk?

and Emily says, now? And Heather's like, yeah. And Emily's like, no, not really. I don't want to talk to you. Like the other day I wanted to and you didn't want to. And Heather says, it just wasn't the right, I wasn't in the right spirit at the time. And then we cut to Gina in the confessional saying that she thinks the way Heather came in and approached Emily, it was very calculated.

Kelli (14:45.461)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (14:52.674)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (15:03.638)
liked what she said and I think she hit the nail on the head. Heather needs time to think about what she's going to say. She can't she's not quick on her feet like Emily. Emily is very quick on her feet because there's no bullshit with Emily and she's not she's not pretending to be anything other than what she really is. Sometimes I think listen Heather doesn't want to look anything less than perfect at all times on camera. So she does have to you know she'll play that we're not doing this right now but really

We Wine Whenever (15:09.442)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (15:13.911)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (15:31.585)
Right.

Kelli (15:32.532)
She doesn't know what to say.

We Wine Whenever (15:34.294)
Right. 100%. I agree with her and I was proud of her for calling her out in the confessional because you know she's going to get flack for it. You know Heather's going to see it and you know she's going to be upset with her. So then

Kelli (15:35.842)
Yeah.

Kelli (15:40.737)
Yeah.

Kelli (15:44.582)
huh.

Kelli (15:48.17)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (15:55.0)
Heather asks, yeah, Heather asks again. And she says, can we just talk for a second? And Emily agrees to get up and she goes to talk to Heather. And Emily explains the whole situation again about how she felt and she's emotional and she's crying. And we know that these are real feelings and...

Kelli (15:56.14)
finally they do go sit and talk.

Kelli (16:14.774)
You know, I think that Emily has gotten so much criticism online for her physical features. She just can't get past it. I think that that's really what's going on. I mean, it doesn't help that Tamara called her Shrek at one point. And just people online have probably really been cruel to her.

We Wine Whenever (16:37.729)
Well, she's also said it's been her whole life. It's okay. She said it's been her whole life that she's had these like, you know, she's a tall girl. She's a big girl. It's she, I mean, she's got the same kind of body type as Heather on Salt Lake City. They're both, they're both big girls. Yeah, listen, I mean, I'm not, I'm short, just.

Kelli (16:39.938)
doing this.

Kelli (16:44.631)
Yeah.

Yeah.

Kelli (16:52.042)
Yes. Me too.

I'm not tall, but I'm not, I've never been thin. I've always been bigger than my sisters and I'm the youngest. You know, it just is what it is. It's how I'm built.

We Wine Whenever (17:07.156)
Mm-hmm. Exactly, it is what it is. And she's allowed to feel the way she feels about it.

Kelli (17:13.738)
I was so self-conscious about the dress that I'm wearing to the wedding on Sunday and I tried it on for Tess last night. She was like, I don't know what you're worried about. Like stop, you look great. But I follow Ashley Graham, that plus size model on Instagram. And I was like, you know what? mean, I mean, obviously she's drop dead gorgeous. I'm not her, but she just embraces her shape and she's beautiful. You know, like we all need to be like that.

We Wine Whenever (17:25.929)
Mm-hmm.

We Wine Whenever (17:38.953)
Yes, yes!

Kelli (17:43.008)
We really, really do. But I know Emily's worked hard and she just wants people to see it. But really all that matters is that she feels comfortable in her own skin. And she's quite honestly being a little insulting to people who are size 12s. Like she's got to stop saying the size. Because a size 12 is just perfectly fine for the size 12s out there. Exactly. So stop making it like it's ghastly.

We Wine Whenever (17:44.574)
I agree.

We Wine Whenever (18:06.471)
It's average. It's average. It's average.

Kelli (18:12.268)
that people think you're a size 12. She's gotta stop with that.

We Wine Whenever (18:18.035)
Yeah, there you go, there you go. mean, Heather does say that, you know, she apologizes, she feels bad, and as she should, you know, and she was able to sit down and really listen to her and she really didn't want her to feel that way. She said, listen, I picked the oversized jacket because they, you know, it was a bad-ass jacket. I gave it to you and Tamara because you're both bad-asses. I, you know, I thought the dress looks great on you.

Kelli (18:18.114)
That's my PSA for today.

Kelli (18:30.326)
Yeah. Yeah.

Kelli (18:48.386)
That's not what you said in your confessional, Heather. And we're gonna see, she said it on Watch What Happens Live.

We Wine Whenever (18:50.246)
Right, and by the way, watch what happens live. Did you see it on watch what happens live? And I don't blame her. Listen, it proves her point. It proves her point. You don't need to be that way. Especially Heather. I mean, I don't think she has one ounce of body fat on her.

Kelli (18:55.799)
Yeah.

Kelli (18:59.426)
It did prove her point.

Kelli (19:12.396)
She doesn't and if she did she'd have her husband suck it out of her. Remember she had the leeches on her that one time? On her stomach?

We Wine Whenever (19:15.682)
I I'm still...

yeah, that wasn't for fat though. That's for healing. no, what was it? Was it?

Kelli (19:21.782)
Yes, it was. Yeah, she had the leeches on her.

We Wine Whenever (19:26.951)
Those are for, they like suck the blood out of you. Those are healing things. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. they're not, they're not, leeches aren't, listen, if leeches were sucking fat of you, I'd be bathing in them.

Kelli (19:31.545)
and then she put the blood on her face and it was supposed to be good for her face, her skin or something? you're right. You're right. Well, she would still have Terry suck the fat right out of her.

Kelli (19:44.78)
covered in them. Covered. to toe.

We Wine Whenever (19:48.549)
Exactly. Exactly. No, no, no. That wasn't for that. So then Tamra, Tamra shows up and she sits down. Again, I was very surprised to see her and she says, Jen, I want to apologize. I know this isn't the time and I need to, we need to have a conversation, but this is not the place. And Jen is gracious. Yeah. Jen is gracious about the whole thing.

Kelli (19:52.907)
I about that.

Kelli (20:10.836)
Obvi.

We Wine Whenever (20:14.758)
And then Shannon comes in once everyone is seated and she says, listen, I've got you all a little gift and I want you to open them now and I want you to do it all at the same time. I don't even know what was in that box. What was in that box? Maybe.

Kelli (20:28.076)
Was it tea bags? I thought it was like stacked tea bags.

We Wine Whenever (20:32.338)
I have no idea because I didn't get it until she opened up her dress and the British flag dress. Yeah, which was great. I loved it. Yeah. And she said that, you know, we're going to London and you're all invited. And then all of sudden she gets the delivery at the table of the huge, it was a hideous flower arrangement. I'm just going to say that. They look like funeral. They look like funeral flowers. They did not look like birthday flowers. There was nothing happy.

Kelli (20:37.652)
Lung, yeah, the British flag, yeah. It was so cute, very cute.

Kelli (20:53.307)
It was awful. They did. They did. It was a fig tree. It was literally a fig tree, I think. Olive tree. Olive tree.

We Wine Whenever (21:02.386)
Well, no, there was an olive branch in it. I don't think it was an olive tree. There was an olive branch in it. And I don't think that's, well, whatever. was hideous either way. So she's like, is this from you? And they're like, no. And then she opens up the card and she's like, it's from Alexis Bellino. And everyone gasps. And I don't know.

Kelli (21:10.242)
thought it was an olive tree and that's why it looked so hideous.

Kelli (21:28.918)
Listen, we all know why Alexis did it because she wasn't there and she needed to insert herself so that people would talk about her. It's the same reason Teresa sent the whiskey to the Gorgas house that night because she wanted people talking about her. I mean, we've seen this done Alexis. You really should have come up with some new material. And you and John keep saying that Shannon's making John look bad. You're you too are making yourselves look like the biggest a-holes ever.

We Wine Whenever (21:47.708)
I totally agree.

We Wine Whenever (21:58.492)
I I totally agree.

Kelli (21:59.478)
I mean, Shannon couldn't do it better if she tried, making you two look bad.

We Wine Whenever (22:03.462)
I totally agree with you. So then Shannon says, listen, she needs to create healthy boundaries for herself. And I agree with her. I do agree with her. Like she does, like she needs to take care of herself and it's not good for her to be around Alexis because she doesn't have her best interest at heart and she just keeps putting it in her face.

Kelli (22:13.378)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (22:23.69)
And Tamara said, can't Alexis just be nice and send flowers? We all know that's not what she's doing. So shut up, Tamara.

We Wine Whenever (22:27.858)
No, no, no. And Emily asked Shannon if she's going to send her a thank you note for the flowers. And Shannon says, well, I have a text I have pre-made. I haven't sent it yet. I'll read it to you. And it says, hello, Alexis, it's Shannon Bedor. I'm hosting a trip to Europe with my friends and I just want to make it clear that you are not invited. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Kelli (22:53.858)
Perfect. Perfection. Perfection.

We Wine Whenever (22:57.714)
They kind of drop it after that and then they go around the table and they're talking about their favorite times with Shannon. And Tamar says that one time when they fell in the pool, it was her and Vicki. It was a late night. Emily says that one time when we were in Mexico and you tried to, they tried to ride the pinata on the beach. It was funny. And then Heather's is like, my favorite time is when like we're out together late night and we're just like.

Kelli (23:18.067)
That was funny.

We Wine Whenever (23:24.892)
doing stupid things and laughing. Like she couldn't even think of one specific thing.

Kelli (23:29.644)
Well, because she'd have to say something fun about somebody else and she doesn't like to do that Heather. Like she likes to just talk about herself. So she's not ever paying attention enough to anybody else to build a memory with them. I'm sure she does with her kids, but not anyone else. She's not present with anyone else. She's always thinking about herself. You know, you know what I mean? Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (23:34.704)
You

We Wine Whenever (23:49.039)
That could be.

We Wine Whenever (23:53.774)
No, I know what you're saying. know what you're saying. So then we see Katie and Jen go over to Alexis's house and they're going over to tell her that it's probably not the trip for her, but she doesn't even know about the trip yet. But they want to tell her face to face and they say, listen, like, I think you've got a text message from Shannon and maybe you go get your phone. I don't know. The way they went about this was so poor.

Kelli (24:20.33)
It was weird because why wouldn't she have her phone on her and how did they know that Shannon was sending the text right then and there? It was very weird.

We Wine Whenever (24:28.484)
Exactly. It was weird. So she reads the text message and you know, Shannon sent her and it was pretty much everything that she had said before, but she added, you know, thank you. Thank you for the flowers. I'm not interested in any olive branch, you know, and Alexis still maintains it's her actions that caused it. Like Alexis is still flipping out that this whole thing is happening because of Shannon.

Kelli (24:56.076)
flipping out, getting up, not being able to sit still, walking around, throwing her hands in the air, unhinged.

We Wine Whenever (24:59.889)
Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It was crazy. It was crazy. And then what was even crazier that we see her and John, I'm not saying his name, her and Shannon's ex sitting in a confessional together saying that, you know, the statue of limitations was running out and you know, we had to do this.

Kelli (25:15.657)
Yeah.

Kelli (25:22.944)
there's proof that she knew it was a loan show it show it it doesn't matter it really doesn't matter because she offered to pay you back so it shouldn't matter and then Alexa says I won't be around this group anymore okay

We Wine Whenever (25:26.45)
But who cares? It doesn't even matter at this point. Because she agreed to pay it. She agreed to pay it. Right.

We Wine Whenever (25:39.142)
Yeah, I just won't be around. Yeah. And she's crying. Yep. And she's crying. She's crying like a fool. And then she's like, I'm done. And she gets up and she opens the door for them to leave. Mm-hmm.

Kelli (25:42.166)
There's the door, Alexis Bellino.

Kelli (25:53.085)
She literally kicks them out of her house. Now according to her, there was more of that scene that we didn't see that would lead up to her asking them to leave. But you know, you can thank production for that.

We Wine Whenever (26:09.404)
Well, that's been her view this whole season that she got a bad edit, but she's going to take one for the team for ratings. That's what she's been saying this whole season.

Kelli (26:17.302)
Right.

They're still not asking you back. They can't possibly ask her back.

We Wine Whenever (26:24.656)
I would certainly hope not.

Kelli (26:25.844)
I mean, it was so dirty that they brought her on to begin with.

I can't see Shannon staying if they bring her back.

We Wine Whenever (26:36.297)
Do you think she's going to be at the reunion that they're taping on Sunday?

Kelli (26:39.452)
yeah, I think she's gonna be there. For sure, for sure.

We Wine Whenever (26:47.197)
I don't know, especially after what happened with... I don't know.

Kelli (26:48.095)
I mean...

Kelli (26:54.036)
I that's their rate that the whole season's been about Shannon and Alexis. I mean it's a little bit about Tamra and Ryan. Tamra and Ryan. Tamra and Ryan.

We Wine Whenever (26:58.085)
I know, I know.

We Wine Whenever (27:02.771)
This, yeah, this whole, I don't know, know, Bravo took down, they took down what Tamar said on Watch What Happens Live.

Kelli (27:11.004)
Yeah, because they could be named too.

We Wine Whenever (27:13.927)
Yeah, they can.

Kelli (27:16.554)
And they're not going to stick up for her. They're not going to stick up for her. By the way, we all have it in our DVRs, people. You can't take it out of there, right?

We Wine Whenever (27:24.893)
Yeah, we do. No, you can't. No, you cannot.

Yeah, I don't know. I think that...

Kelli (27:33.472)
hope he sues the ass out of her. Now, Kelly Dodd saying she's going to sue her for the train rumor. that's I think that's very different because first of all, that's, you know, hearsay and it's, whatever the Ryan thing is so legit because there's an ongoing litigation. And she made that comment on national television during ongoing litigation. Like I just.

Personally, I think he has every right to sue her and he should and he should win. That's my personal feeling but I'm not a lawyer. So we did listen

We Wine Whenever (28:07.325)
I know. I was surprised that Jim Bolino, he won the lawsuit against Tamara and Shannon. He won it against both of them?

Kelli (28:16.736)
Yeah, I think Shannon had to pay 300,000.

We Wine Whenever (28:22.749)
I thought that was what her lawyer fees were. That's what she had to pay and her lawyer fees.

Kelli (28:27.55)
I think it was all together and she said Tamra had to pay more.

We Wine Whenever (28:29.769)
We Wine Whenever (28:33.266)
Really?

Kelli (28:35.764)
I wonder why Vicky, I guess Vicky never said anything incriminating. She just called him a smelly tw-

We Wine Whenever (28:45.021)
That's crazy.

Kelli (28:45.952)
I wonder what they said about him. And was it on the show? It had to be on the show because...

We Wine Whenever (28:49.223)
It had to be, it had to be. And I don't know who was talking about it, but one of the podcasts was talking about it, that it is very difficult to sue someone for slander and to win because you have to prove that you had loss. You have to prove financial damages.

Kelli (29:08.82)
I'm sure he suffered some financial damages from that, depending on what they said.

We Wine Whenever (29:11.826)
Yeah.

And well, listen, is Ryan gonna, like it's...

Kelli (29:19.902)
If Ryan's truly in real estate development and has some kind of legitimate job somewhere along the lines, yeah, he could lose his job. He could become unemployable. Right? If he has any kind of legitimate income other than this, know, bookie career.

We Wine Whenever (29:30.843)
Mm-hmm. Yeah, that's true.

We Wine Whenever (29:39.666)
Right.

I guess we'll have to wait and see how it plays out.

Kelli (29:43.208)
Even even if he does have a listen even if he does have a bookie career in Vegas where it's legal if if he were incriminated. Basically taking stolen money that could affect his future in that industry.

We Wine Whenever (29:59.099)
It certainly could. don't know if you remember, Emily said that Ryan goes to Vegas like it's his job. I think it is his job, Emily. I think that it's his job.

Kelli (30:05.651)
It is his job. Yeah. Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (30:11.849)
So we'll see. Listen, I don't know how many more episodes I was gonna look it up. We're on 13. They're doing the reunion. I'm guessing maybe three more.

Kelli (30:22.306)
Probably. Probably. I mean I'm trying to think how many we got out of Jersey. yeah. That's probably two episodes and then maybe we'll close it up with another one. So yeah probably three. I'm hoping because this is this is a lot with all these shows right now.

We Wine Whenever (30:26.803)
Well, they're going to London. So they're going to London. So what is that going to be two or three episodes?

We Wine Whenever (30:37.289)
Yeah, that's my guess.

We Wine Whenever (30:42.643)
Yeah, we have a Bravo explosion going on right now.

Kelli (30:45.174)
We really do. I hate when they do this. They need to, you know, dole it out better.

We Wine Whenever (30:52.349)
Yeah, don't leave us with empty spots and then don't slam us all at one time.

Kelli (30:56.86)
Right, right. I mean they'll fill it in with below deck. By the way, can we talk about below deck sailing real quick? This Gary, we have seen him for three seasons manipulate women into having sex with him and that's exactly what he does. He manipulates these women to have sex with him.

We Wine Whenever (31:03.91)
Yes!

Kelli (31:15.24)
Now you have a Bravo production employee claiming that he did this or tried to he attempted to do the same thing to her. And what do they do? They put him back on another season. Like if this does not prove that Bravo does not give a shit about their employees, I don't know what will.

We Wine Whenever (31:35.297)
so surprised because I was reading up about that and he must have been found innocent. Like they did their investigation. And I don't know how. I don't know how.

Kelli (31:43.166)
it i don't know how either because we have literally watched it happen for three seasons this is his mo this is what he does i don't find it entertaining at all every season i don't think i'm gonna watch it either like i know i say this a lot but i think and i love below deck i love daisy i don't know if collin's coming back i thought he was

We Wine Whenever (31:56.339)
I don't either. don't think I'm gonna watch it. I don't think I'm gonna watch it.

We Wine Whenever (32:09.79)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (32:10.114)
But I don't know if he is. I love Captain Glenn. I love their relationship with him. I'm not into it if Gary's back though. I'm just not. Did you hear that Kate Chastain is going to come back and do below deck down under with Captain Jason?

We Wine Whenever (32:29.457)
I did not, but that doesn't surprise me.

Kelli (32:31.746)
I don't know if it's true, but I did see a post about that. The only thing I'm thinking is I do think Aisha is getting married. So maybe they're filming while she's getting married or right after she's getting married or something like that. I'm not a big Kate fan.

We Wine Whenever (32:40.914)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (32:51.209)
I never was either. I never was either.

Kelli (32:53.462)
I just think she's bitchy for no reason. I like a little bitchy. don't like, like, I think that Kate gets very intimidated by somebody she thinks can do her job as good as her. And we've seen it over the years and I, that's insecurity to me. And I have no respect for somebody. I, I feel bad for people who are insecure. I do not feel bad for people who are insecure and take it out on other people as punishment. And.

We Wine Whenever (33:08.029)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (33:20.478)
Yeah, I agree with that.

Kelli (33:21.44)
Yeah and that's what she does but we'll see. mean listen they'd be a cute little couple Kate and Captain Jason.

We Wine Whenever (33:29.836)
yes. Yeah, he's not, well, we don't know if he, mean, last we saw at BravoCon he was single, but that was a long time ago.

Kelli (33:38.538)
Yeah. We'll see. I will watch it, obviously.

We Wine Whenever (33:41.895)
Yeah, we will see. Yeah, I'll watch it too. I'll watch it too.

Kelli (33:46.22)
But I'm with you, I don't think I'm gonna watch below deck sailing. I'm not interested.

We Wine Whenever (33:48.799)
Now I may have a very hard time watching Gary, because I just wasn't a Gary fan. I just think he's a tool. And I'll be honest with you, the last season of Below Deck with Joe Bradley, he's another one. He was such a tool. I mean, every single female, with the exception of the one, and Aisha, like come on.

Kelli (34:00.666)
God, yeah. He really was.

Kelli (34:12.65)
Yeah, yeah, they're just players. Some of them are just players, but you know, I don't know. Maybe it's the industry. You're stuck on a boat for six weeks with these people. So at some point you think, yeah, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (34:17.522)
It's sad.

We Wine Whenever (34:22.587)
I don't know either.

We Wine Whenever (34:28.787)
I feel like you gotta grow up though at some point. Right? I don't know. Right.

Okay, well until next time, thank you for watching and listening to We Wine Whenever. I'm Wendy. Bye.

Kelli (34:42.921)
I'm Kelly. Bye.
